After serving in the US Air Force, Mr. Herren joined the Calista HQ team leading strategic planning, M&A activities, and corporate development. In 2011, Josh joined the Yulista team with goals to bring in a leadership team, re-structure the business, and most importantly, grow the business and cast a vision for the future.
With extensive experience in DoD, DHS, and FMS markets, Mr. May provides direction, vision, and clarity to all of Yulista’s subsidiaries. Paul works with all YHL subsidiary presidents to implement planned business strategies throughout Yulista to yield profitability which flows to our shareholders. Mr. May has served Yulista and its shareholders since 2012.
Director of Business Development
Mr. Parsley is a retired United States Air Force officer with Joint Staff and NATO Experience. Joe is responsible for marketing communications, business development, and capture for Yulista subsidiaries. Mr. Parsley has over 20 years of strategic planning, international and domestic business capture, and mergers/ acquisitions experience.
Director of Business Operations
Mrs. Wilkinson plays a critical role in the success of the company’s industrial security program. Judy oversees the security programs for all subsidiaries, ensuring compliance with federal security regulations, and supporting personnel through education and assistance with all security matters. Judy has 15 years’ experience and is a member of the National Classification Management Society.
Mr. Miller oversees the training of all employees of YHL and subsidiaries, to ensure compliance with regulatory, customer, and company training requirements. Eric's experience as a Navy veteran, DoD employee, and government contractor has contributed to the development of our employees’ knowledge, skills, and abilities through training.
YAI provides technical support services to a wide range of Government, DoD, and International customers through both Foreign Military and Direct Commercial Sales. Our state-of-the-art facilities are tailored to meet the needs of our customers. YAI...
Yulista’s Backpack Campaign has provided thousands of backpacks filled with school supplies for children in the Calista school districts. In a region where a gallon of milk costs more than $6 and school supplies are marked up more than 50 percent, many families struggle to provide the necessities for their children’s well being. Our employees have helped children from some of the most disadvantaged school districts in our country.
Additionally, the Yulista Internship Program is an excellent way for Calista scholarship recipients to get hands-on work and real life experiences. Our interns work in production control, engineering, quality and safety, management, information technology, finance, human resources, and more. Not only does this enhance the opportunities for our Alaskan interns back home, on several occasions the interns have returned to Yulista for full-time employment.
In 2002, Yulista started operations in Huntsville, AL with a single contract and a handful of employees. Together, we have built a global company that supports both our domestic and international customers in over 30 countries. Yulista currently executes over 400 programs daily with proven experience supporting aviation, missile, ground, and maritime platforms.
Our OEM capabilities gained over the last 15+ years provides Yulista’s customers with trusted and dependable technical solutions with quality results. We have state-of-the-art Modification Repair and Overhaul (MRO) facilities and manufacturing capabilities, providing integration solutions to meet the needs of our customer.
