The creation of USA Competitions is a direct result of attending hundreds of competitions, both good and not so good. We felt it was time that someone put the participants, the athletes, coaches and parents- first. USAC President Randall Sikora is the owner of two of Florida's largest gymnastics schools - Boca Twisters Gymnastics and American Twisters. Our staff understands the recipe for a great competition, with over 100 years' experience organizing, promoting, managing and running quality competitions. Director of Operations for all USA Competitions events from start to finish, from venues to hotels, entries to customer service, schedules and rotations, judges and meet setup, and much more. Women's gymnastics judge for 35 years - holds a National Rating. BA in Psychology (LSU), MBA and Master's Degree in Sports Business Management (Univ. Central Florida) Member of the USA Competitions Team since 2006. Oversees event admission operations. Responsible for USA Competitions graphic design for marketing & advertising, website management & event photography. Director of Business Development, Competition Floor Manager Director of Business Development. Organizes and plans details of each new event added to the USAC calendar. Seeks new opportunities for USA Competitions to add events to the competition calendar each year. Competition floor manager for USAC events. Men's gymnastics professional judge and gymnastics coach.
