Mr. Hamann is responsible for overseeing development and investment management activities for the company. He has extensive experience in the acquisition, financing, underwriting, investment, repositioning, and management of both residential and commercial real estate projects. Prior to UAG, Mr. Hamann managed multi-million dollar development projects in the Southeast for The Rockefeller Group, a New York-based national real estate developer. Mr.Buraglia is responsible for the construction management, oversight, planning and execution of each project. As a graduate from the University of California San Diego with a Bachelor degree in Economics he provides a macro financial outlook on the portfolio. He worked as a Construction Manager for many large commercial and civil projects throughout different regions of the United States prior to founding UAG with Mr. Hamann. Mr Buraglia is a licensed general contractor in the state of Florida and member of the local USGBC chapter. He currently resides with his wife, Ana, and two children, Eric and Sofia, in the Coconut Grove neighborhood of Miami, FL. Urban Atlantic Group is a real estate development and investment management company.
