UAG Construction is the creation of two individuals who had a vision for a more efficient and sustainable process for development and construction. The name, Urban Atlantic Group (UAG), comes from the junction of our love for the urban core as well as the Atlantic Ocean waters that lie at the edge of Miami, the place we call home. The urban core is a place where cities flourish and spaces are created for people to interact and live their lives and the ocean is a thing that connects us and makes Miami a special place to live in. At UAG we strive to improve that for each of our clients and in turn our community. What started out as a real estate investment company led to the formation of UAG Construction in 2010 and has flourished into a development and construction company that is tailored to offering clients a more personal and appealing approach to the entire process. UAG Construction specializes in Building Residential and Commercial projects as well as Infrastructure projects throughout South Florida. Our experience and diversity has also led us to some commercial projects in the markets we serve. The UAG team has more than 25 years of development and construction experience and provide a full service approach to our clients. Our goal is to build a long lasting relationship with our clients and in the end have them become part of our UAG team. At UAG Construction Daniel oversees the UAG Construction team focusing on delivering a high end, quality, and sustainable product. He is keen on instilling a focus on attention to details and maintaining open and proper communication with clients throughout the building process. He is a Florida State Certified General Contractor and a USGBC member as well as participant in other local organizations. Prior to Urban Atlantic Group he worked as a Senior Project Manager for Community Asphalt Corp., building infrastructure projects for local and state authorities such as FDOT and Florida Turnpike. He honed his skills in Building construction while working at Vratsinas Construction Company building retail centers throughout the Western United States. His love for the ocean and sports took him to California where Daniel graduated from University of California San Diego with a Bachelor degree in Economics. He lives in Coconut Grove with his wife Ani and two kids Eric and Sofia. At UAG Construction Nick oversees the financial, and legal roles of the company. He assures that the processes are adhered to throughout the company and oversees owner rep services for development clients. Prior to UAG Nick spent the early years of his career as a Development Manager for New York based Rockefeller Group where he structured and managed several local and state projects. His studies took him to the University of Florida where he graduated with a Bachelors degree in Industrial Engineering. He then went on to graduate with honors from University of Florida Law School, specializing in Real Estate. He lives in Coconut Grove with his wife Rashelle and daughter Stassi. Andy oversees the day to day operation on both residential and commercial projects for UAG Construction. He is focused on maintaining constant communication with clients and assuring that all needs and requests are met. He is in constant coordination with project managers and superintendents. He strives on developing long lasting relationships with clients and subcontractors alike and delivering the high quality product that UAG Construction has become known for. Andy joined the UAG Construction team after working as a Senior Project Manager for Community Asphalt Corp. managing federal and state projects as well as infrastructure on Seminole Indian Reservation. His studies were focused at Florida International University where he obtained a degree in Business Administration and a Masters of Science in Construction Management while working at MK Contractors learning the process of high rise residential construction. Andy lives in Miami with his Wife Erica and two kids Hudson and Harrison. UAG Construction offers General Contracting services
