Hi there. I’m Rashielle. My yoga practice began with some inconsistent, clumsy and hilarious home sessions. Like many newcomers to the world of yoga, I felt I had no idea what I was doing or why I was doing it. I wrote it off as “not for me”. Some time later, I walked into a yoga studio with no expectations, hoping to at least get a good workout in. But this time was different. Because I’d checked my ego and expectations at the door, I was able to open up to a practice that I’d soon realize I truly needed. Yoga allowed me to feel at home in my own mind and body – something I hadn’t felt in a long time.
