He serves as the lead curriculum developer, primary trainer, and strategic force behind SWAT CARE LLC. During his time as a SWAT Medic, Mike recognized a need for officers on the street to know and understand ways that they could help save and protect fellow officers, citizens, and themselves as they encounter hostile environments. Mike developed SWAT CARE training with the safety needs of officers and innocent victims in mind and has delivered the SWAT CARE SWAT CARE teaches officers and first responders how to use crucial minutes to establish security, administer lifesaving measures, and handle numerous casualties in order to help save the lives of fellow officers and innocent victims.
