While “technology and the internet” is our expertise, our first project in Brevard was attracting an Orlando group to totally re-develop the world famous Cocoa Expo Sports Center. The “All New Cocoa Expo Sports Center”, 55+ acres filled with state-of-the-art Baseball, Basketball, Volleyball fields/courts, training facilities, 1100 bed dorms, 550 seat All Star Café, water park, and facilities will re-open following a multi-million dollar renovation in mid 2012, as one of the premier Sports Parks in the nation. The program provides a superior environment for information technology development and commercialization activities. A business incubator is an economic development tool designed to accelerate the growth and success of entrepreneurial companies tailored to a company’s needs. Incubators provide clients access to appropriate rental space and flexible array of business support resources and services. Its main goal is to produce successful firms that will leave the program financially viable and freestanding when they graduate and leave the incubator, usually in two to three years.
