Having founded PPM in 1978, Henry Moree led the company in all day-to-day operations, while working in conjunction with the EMCOR Building Services Leadership Team, until 2015. Henry's relationship-oriented management style helped establish a core management team with an average tenure of nearly 20 years. Focusing on the five key principles that shape the company's vision— safety, quality, productivity, dependability, and training— Henry has led PPM in its efforts at becoming a valued partner to all of its industrial customers. PPM's project-management approach has developed many 20- and 30-year continuous partnerships with power, pulp and paper, and general manufacturing customers. With PPM being one of the largest industrial maintenance and construction services companies in the eastern half of the United States, Bobby aims to assist in the day-to-day operations of the company, working in conjunction with the PPM leadership team. In addition to managing the company's revenue growth and profitability, Bobby oversees the company’s current and future strategic direction, directs planning activities, and establishes the organization's structure and policies. Hank coordinates the day-to-day operations while formulating distinct plans and policies to achieve the overall corporate objectives. He works to ensure the core values are consistently followed, while fulfilling the company’s commitment to both its stakeholders and customers. Hank and his team focus on identifying long-term partners, and then establishing and maintaining those long-term relationships through the optimal delivery of safety, quality, dependability, productivity, and training—the five core principles of PPM's success. Hank is a former national and world motocross champion, and a graduate of Francis Marion University, where he earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration. Phillip’s responsibilities include leading the Sales Team from project development through operational implementation, and continuing through to relationship management. Phillip and his team focus on identifying long-term partners, and then establishing and maintaining those long-term relationships through the optimal delivery of safety, quality, dependability, productivity and training—the five core principles of PPM's success. Phillip attended Auburn University and has a Bachelor of Science degree in industrial operations management with an industrial engineering focus on productivity (time and motion), plant layout, and inventory control. Under Chip’s leadership, PPM has exceeded industry-average safety incident reduction statistics, and Chip has helped make PPM a name synonymous with safety inside the power, pulp and paper, chemical process, and tire industries. After joining the PPM Senior Leadership Team, Chip implemented an industry-leading EHS management system. As a result, PPM has been recognized by its clients and third-party groups with numerous awards for safety excellence. Chip and his wife, Joy, have two children, Nick and Russell. When he’s not working, Chip is active as a firefighter, and serves as Captain of the Dillon County Fire Rescue. Chip enjoys hunting, fishing, traveling, and attending sporting events with his family. Mike leads the team that ensures PPM maintains its strong financial position. His responsibilities cover all financial operations, including financial reporting, treasury, billing, accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and credit and collections. Mike also lends his expertise to other areas such as Purchasing, Human Resources, IT, risk, contracts, and bids. Mike works with other team members to establish the company’s strategic plan and focus so that PPM can continue its position as a premier provider of mechanical and support services. Steve and his team work hard to recruit top talent, as well as formulate plans and policies to achieve overall corporate objectives. Ensuring the core values of PPM are consistently followed, Steve is the principled human resources (HR) leader who works with all of the PPM employees to make sure PPM is fulfilling the company’s commitment to its stakeholders and customers. Steve has over 20 years of experience in the HR field. Steve is an HR professional who has developed and managed PPM’s Corporate University for Leadership Development program. Steve designed the courses for this program, which helps satisfy yearly education requirements for PPM employees. Steve is the proud father of three children: Madison, Sellers, and Mia. Activities outside of work include wake surfing, golf, mountain biking, and grilling with friends. PPM’s company-wide value is to strive for an injury-free workplace. Zero injuries is always the goal. These facilities management programs also play a significant role in our ongoing efforts to improve productivity.
