Mor’s unique fitness approach can be attributed to the fact that body movement is being an integral part of her life since an early age. As an avid dancer growing up to being a dance teacher, she always felt an inherent connection to fitness and health. “Following my heart and believing that I am here to help others live healthier and happier lives…” she started pursuing a professional career in the field, offering group fitness classes and private sessions and graduated her B.Ed. in Physical education and sports sciences, majoring in posture rehabilitation. Learning and experiencing different forms of workouts together with her strong background in dance, have led Mor to be mainly focused on the amazing Pilates technique and incorporate it with some other of her favorite training formats. She embraced the Pilates into her life in 2005 and shared this love with her clients consistently for over than 10 years, by providing them a safe, creative and effective training style.
