Holy Cross Physician Partners ACO is a collaboration between Holy Cross Hospital, the Holy Cross Medical Group and many community physicians throughout Broward and Palm Beach counties who have decided to work with one another in caring for people with Medicare through an innovative and more coordinated approach. Our physicians are united in the premise that improved quality, higher patient satisfaction, and lower overall health care costs come from a deliberate and organized effort between health care providers to seamlessly share clinical information and best practices.
