In 2012 I was fortunate to have been given the opportunity to work part time in the office of a bakery. The owner is one of the most talented pastry chefs in the country. Not only could I benefit by seeing her magnificent finished products but there was also a bonus that happened quite by chance. You see, cakes were made to order, which meant that there weren’t any leftover slices available for me to eat. What that meant was that on most days I ate a frozen chocolate chip cookie dough ball for lunch. And so, the first seed was planted. Happylicious by Betsy cookie dough and brownie batter balls are fabulous to serve for dessert, to enjoy as a grab-and-go snack, to pack into your lunchbox or to mix into your favorite ice cream. The possibilities are endless. We continue to expand our favorite ways to eat them. If you have a favorite way, we hope you will share it with us.
