Welcome to Grinder Survival and Fitness! We absolutely love spending time in the outdoors and teaching the art of survival wether its in the woods or in the urban enviornment. All of our courses and classes are run by a team of highly skilled experts. We've been living what we teach for over 20 years , we will keep you coming back time after time to learn more new, exciting skills and most importantly learn more about yourself. I am Jason Coffey, owner and head instuctor of Grinder Survival and Fitness. I have always loved the outdoors and the art of survival since I was a young boy. I was started my adventure as a Cub Scous tand sticking with it through Boy Scouting, I made Eagle Scout. After high school I joined the United States Marine Corps. There I continued learning about survival and fitness, becoming the head of the fitness program. I learned more about myself when I went throught the Marine Special Operations Command (MARSOC now know as Raiders) Assesment and Selection where I was selected to become an Operator. While in training i learned the you Positive mental attitude has everything to do with your success. This is why i have chosen to teach survival in a unique way.
