Fast Domus . We are a US based company established in the state of Florida in 2015. Our vision and guiding principle includes social responsibility and environmental ethics that translates into a commitment to provide sustainable building solutions for the homes of today and the future. The Home Kits are the components necessary to build the house structure, such as exterior walls structures, framing for the interior wall structure and the roof trusses and supporting components. Components provided in a standard Building Package Kit include: panelized wall system with integrated framing system, interior wall framing, roof trusses, headers, and miscellaneous components such as top plates, floor plates, bracing materials and fasteners. Optional items include exterior doors, interior doors, windows, cabinets and roofing, according to local building code specifications. The Home Kits does not include the foundation for the structure, exterior finishing, or landscaping. We have a qualified network of builders that can deliver a fully functional home taking advantage of Fast Domus home construction kits. Ours homes are hurricane proof according to the laws of Florida. We can also work with home builders to facilitate the assemblage and construction of the house. Usually, we have an ongoing construction site that either serves to demonstrate the construction details to home builders or can be used as a qualification platform. Fast Domus Home Kits Advantages Fast Domus brings a construction technology that once was only used some large high end commercial construction and made that accessible to residential homes. Instead of wood panels being assembled at the construction site, we use steel frames and truss. Those structures are more resistant, lighter, quicker to mount, more durable, and immune to pests. The innovative technology are also present in the walls and the in whole construction process in order to provide thermal insulation. Walls contain a specific Polyurethane Foam (SPF) for sealing and thermal insulation, fiber glass for resistance and Basf Alpha Base Coat for finishing. The end result is a durable wall that resists through the time and event support hurricanes. Our construction solutions avoid splitting, cracking, warping.
