Carlos founded Fast Dolphin along with his partner Ramon in 2004. Before that, they founded Intellego in 2001. He has held senior business management positions at Cemex, one of the largest Cement producers in the world, based out of Mexico and also at Neoris, an IT international firm. He holds an Engineering in Computer Science bachelor degree and with over 24 years of experience on the IT industry and 14+ years specialized in IT staffing and entrepreneurship, brings a solid foundation to the firm. He believes innovation, execution and trust are key to success. During the summer of 2004 Ramon founded Fast Dolphin along with Carlos Guerrero in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida. Prior to getting involved with IT services Ramon worked for a couple of insurance companies in both the US and Mexico. He graduated as an industrial engineer from ITESM in Mexico, and obtained both his MBA and MPA at the University of Texas at Austin. Ramon strongly believes in an intense work ethic and looks for alternative and creative ways to solve complex challenges that continually arise in this industry. Sylvia joined Fast Dolphin in 2011 as a Sales Director for the SAP unit. With a Bachelor’s Degree in International Business and a Masters in Business Administration, she has a background in Marketing, Sales and Project Management, product of her previous jobs. She started working in IT related industries in 2008 when she worked for one of the main Electronic Invoicing Providers in Mexico. In order to sell the e-Invoicing solution, she interacted with clients from different industries that were using SAP or other ERPs who needed to understand how to integrate a new solution for invoicing that met all the government requirements. She strongly believes that Commitment, Perseverance and Passion are essential to succeed. Fermin is an Industrial and Systems Engineer with a Master’s Degree in Business Administration. He joined Fast Dolphin in 2008 as a Sales Director for the Oracle practice. Fermin has over 16 years of professional experience and comes from a primarily IT background. He started his career as a Project Coordinator and Business Analyst and eventually stepped into the Administration and Sales part of the Business with important Mexican and US companies. Part of the IT Staffing industry since 2006, Fermin has solid experience in the US and Latin American markets. Commitment, integrity, passion and total client satisfaction are some of the values Fermin strongly believes in. Karla got her degree in International Business at Swinburne University in Melbourne Australia and she is also started her MBA at FGV in São Paulo-Brazil. She had the opportunity to work and live in London UK, Melbourne AUS and also to travel culturally around Europe and the Middle East. Karla started working in recruitment back in 2007 and since then she worked in many Multinational companies helping projects to build their teams on global and national scale. Her knowledge and experience goes on various platforms and technologies as SAP, Oracle, Salesforce, Java, JDE and embedded media Software. Her believes for a successful professional life stands on a strong drive, passion on a daily basis and commitment to push herself to always extend the limits which can help her to achieve her goals and take her to the next level. Karla also believes that one of her missions is to help as much people as possible to find the perfect match jobs as well as helping her clients to find the right talent to be on their side. Karla is passionate about meeting new cultures and new people, traveling, tasting food from everywhere in the world, different types of wines and she is definitely a coffee lover. Family and friends play a main role in her life and she tries to meet them as much as she can as they live in South West of Brazil. She also loves art and music in general, loves getting new challenges, inspiring people and get inspired by them is something that she definitely looks for quite often. William is a seasoned professional with over 25 years of experience in the IT services industry, preforming different roles, such as consultant, account executive, business manager and director of business development. Over this time he had the opportunity to know very well different industries, particularly banking, retail, services, telecommunications and government, among others. He is very proactive with a huge sense of urgency and very passionate for what he does. One of his main assets is the capacity to listen and understand the need of the customers. He holds a Bachelor degree in Business Administration and an MBA with specialization in Marketing. Monica is a professional with more than eight years of experience in IT Staffing and talent acquisition. She graduated with honors in Psychology. Afterwards, she has had the privilege of partnering with the best fortune 500 clients on full-time and contractual basis by holding Recruiting and Associate roles in multinational companies such as GE Capital, Affiliated Computer Services (Now Xerox), Hudson, SAP, K2 Partnering Solutions, and nowadays Fast Dolphin, Inc. She joined Fast Dolphin in 2012 and currently focuses on recruiting SAP talent at all levels for United States, Canada, and LATAM and looks to form strong relationships within the respective community. Deeply believes in Integrity, Competence and Passion in life and business. Loves her family and friends, and truly likes helping people whenever she can. Fortunately, one of the perks of her job is that she gets to meet very interesting people, with fascinating stories and backgrounds. Enjoys traveling and surviving out of a suitcase. This passion comes from her curiosity to learn more about any culture and language. She’s currently taking Portuguese classes and preparing for her next challenges. Nancy joined Fast Dolphin in January 2011 as a Resource manager focusing on Oracle E-Business Suite Consulting and other IT technologies for United States, Canada and LATAM. With more than 8 years of professional experience she started working in IT Staffing in 2008 when she worked as Recruiting coordinator / Recruiting Team Lead at ACS a Xerox Company; holds a bachelor’s degree in computer management and a Masters Degree in business administration specialized in Human Resources. She believes the attitude, trust and perseveration can make anything possible.
