CrossFit Lakeland also has three Certified Athletic Trainers and one Physician Assistant on staff. Athletic trainers (ATs) are highly qualified, multi-skilled health care professionals who collaborate with physicians to provide preventative services, emergency care, clinical diagnosis, therapeutic intervention and rehabilitation of injuries and medical conditions. CrossFit Lakeland’s 7,200-square-foot facility is your home for functional fitness in Lakeland. Our spacious gym is well-stocked with top-tier CrossFit equipment, so you never have to waste your time waiting around for a machine or bar. Coach Keith Beall has been CrossFitting for nine years at CrossFit Lakeland. Before joining, he had never worked out before. "I had high cholesterol in my mid-thirties, and time was quickly catching up with me," he says. "I was brought to CFL by my wife as a last resort or something that might interest me. I loved it from the first day and wanted to share my passion for it with others that might relate to my situation."
