WELCOME TO CROSSFIT JUPITER Foundations is a 1 week, 4 class program we provide for anyone new to CrossFit that is looking to join our group classes at CrossFit Jupiter. Here we focus on the nine foundational movements of CrossFit, plus the Olympic lifts, proper scaling/loading of movements for each athlete and go over the basics of nutrition. The coolest part of Foundations is not only do you get to learn some great stuff but we get to know you as an individual and an athlete. Whether you need to get ready for next season, are recovering from an injury or just want to stay healthy, we have the knowledge and experience here at CrossFit Jupiter to help you achieve your goals. We have trained athletes, elderly, the injured, and all in between. We know the nutrition aspect of the fitness pyramid is the most difficult part to maintain for the most of us. That’s why we offer a bulletproof nutritional coaching plan that will help you not only achieve your nutritional goals, but educate and give you the tools to adopt healthy eating habits.
