About CrossFit Blaze CrossFit Blaze believes that the best way to prolong and enjoy your life is to consistently improve your fitness. We also think that fitness shouldn’t be boring, instead it should fun! Our members come here because they want to be surrounded by other encouraging people that are seeking to improve their lives through fitness. They know the value of group training and want help from qualified coaches that care about their fitness as well as their well-being. The CrossFit program is designed for universal scalability making it the perfect application for any committed individual regardless of experience. We’ve used our same routines for elderly individuals with heart disease and cage fighters one month out from televised bouts. We scale load and intensity; we don’t change programs. I love teaching and helping people achieve their goals. It’s amazing to experience an athlete’s progression from first day to current date. Our powerful MacroAir 16ft fan generates massive airflow to help keep you cooler in the Florida heat. We are proud to offer our members and visitors extras such as apparel, supplements (SFH & Pure Pharma amongst others), food delivery service (Fresh Fit Foods and Clean and Healthy Eating by Chris Deluca), and a variety of beverages. We aren’t just a gym - we are coaches, friends, and family here to support you in your fitness journey. CrossFit Blaze is a place I look forward to going to after a long stressful day. I enjoy the high intensity of the workouts, making progress with them, and seeing results. I joined because I could be in and out in an hour with programming provided and I like the competitive nature of CrossFit.
