About CrossFit Breaking Barbells CrossFit Breaking Barbell's is a strength and conditioning facility that employs the CrossFit model to help our clients pursue elite fitness.   The workouts are based on functional, life-improving movements done at high intensity with variance.  This style of fitness is not meant to be intimidating, every workout is scalable to meet your skill level. Our mission at CrossFit Breaking Barbell's is to improve all aspects of daily life through health and fitness.  We believe that CrossFit is a tool used not only to increase your level of fitness, but also boost your health, happiness and well-being. Our fitness program is designed to provide you with a daily challenge and nutritional education.  Our trainers are enthusiastic and experienced, and welcome the challenge of establishing and progressing towards each client’s personal goals.  Regardless of your own fitness experiences and goals, there is always a CrossFit plan that is right for you.  The workouts will be pre-programmed everyday and members will exercise as a group under the supervision of one of our coaches.  The peer support and competition created by this setting gives clients the fastest path to improvement. CrossFit Breaking Barbells is located on the North Side of Lakeland on US HWY 98, Suite #2, in the Urgent Care building in between Pep Boys and Walgreens.  We are easily accessed from anywhere within Lakeland and surrounding areas.   CrossFit Breaking Barbells will teach any person of any age the physical, emotional and psychological benefits of being truly fit by incorporating the methods of CrossFit, nutrition application and developing the confidence building skills required to live life to it's fullest. We provide a safe, respectful and encouraging environment to motivate you toward reaching your fitness goals and the goals beyond our gym walls .
