Central Christian University, Inc. is a charter member of the Council Missionary Church of God, located in Orlando, Florida—a city renowned for its iconic theme parks. Since its inception in 2003 by the Council Missionary Church of God with just fifty-eight students and five professors, CCU has flourished into an esteemed institution offering diverse educational programs. The university champions Christian values while maintaining robust academic offerings across four faculties: the Faculty of Arts & Sciences, the Andres Bello Faculty of Education, the School of Religious Studies, and the School of Certifications, comprising 12 academic departments and seven graduate areas. CCU provides a variety of traditional on-campus programs alongside remote learning options through its Online Division. This division caters to adult learners with fully-online and hybrid courses available at both local and international campuses, all within a Christ-centered setting that emphasizes quality education without compromising convenience. Additionally, CCU's Global Engagement Program encourages students to explore cross-cultural experiences via 25-30 annual trips led by credentialed faculty. In its commitment to community involvement, service learning was introduced into the curriculum in 2014, guiding more than 4,000 hours of collective student service aimed at fostering social responsibility and addressing systemic issues. Founded through Pastor Juan Carlos Amesty’s vision for impactful global leadership cultivated at a Christian institution, CCU continues its upward trajectory as it trains leaders dedicated to serving God in all spheres of life. Incorporated in Florida since November 2005, Central Christian University, Inc. remains an influential member recognized by the Commission for Independent Education.
