MISSION STATEMENT Our Mission Central Christian University is a Christian institution which offers professional education on both the baccalaureate and graduate levels through in class and distance programs. It provides education that integrates biblical truth as revealed in the Holy Scriptures. CCU mission and purpose is to form professionals with outstanding educational capacities and knowledge in scripture to work in their desired area of study, while impacting governments and communities with the message of the Gospel of Jesus Christ. Founded in 2003 by Council Missionary Church of God, Orlando, FL USA with the purpose to provide general and biblical training for those persons entering the Christian ministry, and through the years Central Christian University has continued this purpose of “ministry”, ever more broadly defined to include both the church and non-church vocations. Many of the students are affiliated with the Council Missionary Church of God; however, numerous students come from other denominations. At Central Christian University, we believe in helping our students gain a greater understanding of themselves and their world. We believe this gives them the freedom to define themselves not only by what they do, but by who they are. We believe that inspiring them and quipping them to use their God-given gifts to the best of their abilities will transform this world for good. The faculty who mentor our students are distinguished men and women with years of real-world experience, advanced degrees from some of the world’s most respected schools, and a strong commitment to the Christian faith. Each member of our faculty is dedicated to mentorship and to helping students become leaders in their field. They combine academic excellence with robust Christian faith and are determined to help students do the same. Central Christian University affirms that unity of purpose among all its employees and students is essential to the fulfillment of its mission. The university further affirms that all men are created in the image of God and are, therefore, to be afforded equal opportunity in accordance with biblical standards.
