Darryl Keys commenced his career in banking in the corporate banking division of Nat West Bank, before serving as Head of Corporate Banking of the London office of MeesPearson, a major Dutch bank for which he built a successful and highly profitable operation. Darryl was head hunted by Singer and Friedlander, a London independent merchant bank, and was appointed a Director in the corporate banking division, responsible for new business and strategy whilst pioneering ground-breaking sports finance financial instruments during which time he served as President of the Executives Association of Great Britain, He left banking to structure and launch a sports media business through which he became Chairman of Mike Gatting’s (England cricket captain) Testimonial Committee and was appointed Director of the Rugby Football League. More recently, he has advised a number of companies focusing on strategy, business planning, fundraising mechanisms and cross-Atlantic trading, specialising in technology and environmentally friendly businesses. Extensive sales and training background in commercial and residential sales, tangible and intangible products. Graduate of University of Michigan, University of Texas at Arlington with degree in Business Administration and Marketing. Pacesetter Graduate. Dave Powell has been residing in Charlotte County for 33 years. During that time he has established himself as a business leader. For many of those years he was a real estate broker and was active in the Realtor community and served as President of the Punta Gorda, Port Charlotte, North Port Association of Realtors. In addition he has served in the same capacity for the Economic Development Council, The Charlotte County Chamber of Commerce and the Charlotte Harbor Rotary Club. He continues to serve on the Florida Gulf Coast University Foundation Board and is a past Chairman of that organization. Dave has worked through several retirements and is now the managing partner of an LLC that markets and sells Zypha products. His wife Arlene and he have 3 children and 4 grandchildren and celebrated 62 years of marriage. Tom has spent more than 18 years in IT sales and sales management He saw the decline in main frames and the proliferation of Client Server Network systems and now the return of centralized computing with the “Cloud”. Tom says he prides himself in being able to keep abreast of emerging new and exciting technology and matching it to the needs of his customers that allows them to remain efficient and effective in operating their businesses. He was involved in the very first commercial install of a wireless data network in the state of Georgia in 1999. He points out that this Cloud Computing concept is not really new technology but it is greatly improved and affordable for small and medium sized businesses. His company was the first Citrix reseller in the state of Georgia in 1997 where he was able to introduce several of his large corporate clients to the concept of Software as a service, the beginnings of today’s cloud computing. He says” it is about time” that people have awaken and recognize the enormous benefits server based computing brings to small and medium sized businesses. He is excited to have the opportunity to represent Zypha’s complete virtual managed desktop solution. In his spare time Tom has been involved with a project in Haiti to help the people of that poor country learn to lift themselves out of poverty, and reduce deforestation by working with a Non-Profit organization called Public Private Alliance Foundation (www.ppafoundation.org) to grow and produce more sugar cane to manufacture fuel grade ethanol and to design and manufacture Haitian made cookstove to burn the fuel. Rick began his Technology career in 1998 working for a contracted helpdesk provider supporting Fortune 500 clients. Over the next 17 years, he held various internal IT support and management positions for organizations in the Energy, Medical, Construction, and Non-Profit sectors. Joining Zypha in 2015, he returned to his IT roots working for a contracted technology provider.
