ZOILAH, LLC
MIAMI, FLORIDA

The initial idea of Zoilah was born during March 2015, merely as a concept.During its first months, the main founder, Miguel Antonio Vargas, focused on research and analyzing strategies to make the project feasible. In September 2015, Miguel started spending a lot of time with one of his life-long best friends –since they were 7 years old-, Manfred Kopper. One day, as Miguel drove home from Manfred’s house, after having a long conversation on world trends and marketing, the solution was clear, the best option to develop Zoilah was by an external growth system through commissions. This method not only allowed for exponential growth, it also enabled a better use of resources. The two of them talked to other friends with experience and knowledge that would be valuable to the company, Gerardo Alvarez and Armando Acosta, who joined the founders team. Between September and October 2015, the team started recruiting people with the right skills for the project, and so, the rest of the members, Daniel Arango, Pablo Mendez, Sam Zahedi, Javier Vargas and Mario Ortiz, joined the ranks of Zoilah. In October 2015, Zoilah received the first funds it would ever receive, and in less than one week Zoilah managed to raise over US $200,000.00 of capital. At the beginning the team talked to a mobile developer an invited him to be a part of the project, however he was later on rejected as the team found out he was using company funds for personal benefit. As of December 2015 the team has been working hard to make Zoilah a success. The company is always studying improvement opportunities, to make sure all of Zoilah’s products are the best they can be. MISSION Our vision is to be leaders in technological solutions that foster development of many sectors; we seek to generate the world’s biggest business network, and use it to create symbiotic bonds that stimulate growth.
