Founder of Zealot Wellness, Heather Behr M.Sc. completed her master’s degree in biomedicine, focusing on age-related diseases and metabolism. Intrigued with the influence of nutrition and stress response on chronic disease, she sought a further exploration into nutrition based science and integrative medicine. Heather is a certified functional nutritionist and integrative wellness coach with extensive training in mind-body medicine. She is currently completing her the final stages of her PhD in functional nutrition with a pilot study, investigating Integrative wellness focuses on the person and not the issue, making use of holistic interventions to support whole-body health.
