Zcounsel’s clients, its partners, consist principally of (i) enterprises seeking growth opportunities for their existing technology and businesses and (ii) developmental-stage firms in which the principals have a passion for their business, have clearly-articulated objectives and are willing to move fast. These businesses commonly are in industries that have significant growth potential, and are working on and developing technology, products or services that show promise to achieve substantial market acceptance.
