In early November I was blessed to travel with eight other men to Honduras to participate in a short-term mission trip (we were gone a total of 6 days). We were thrilled to work with a local church to build a kitchen that will serve meals to children of the village where the church is located. We had to drive about an hour outside of town (much of which was on unpaved roads) and had to hike up to the job site each day–along with carrying our supplies and work materials. I had an amazing time, was greatly changed by the experience, and have made some new eternal friends. XSOLIS helps healthcare organizations manage revenue risk through a real-time predictive analytics platform that minimizes avoidable loss, mitigates the risk of denials, and streamlines operational processes.. Reduced, by 70%, the number of accounts to be reconciled by the Clinical Documentation Improvement team by implementing a DRG optimal match protocol, resulting in a 21% increase in staff productivity. Developed and implemented processes that resulted in a 39% increase in quality measures (from 57% to 79%) and a 16% increase in outcome measures (from 79% to 92%), both of which were above company averages. Devised and executed information technology plan that aligned with facility and enterprise business strategies through implementation, support and innovation. Delivered initiatives across business units that contributed to the achievement of $300 million in HITECH Meaningful Use Stage One incentives.
