Physician at Jacksonville Beach Homeless clinic-Mission House Keri met her husband in Orlando, where they soon realized they were from the same small town and even shared mutual friends, yet had never met prior. They moved to West Palm Beach where she resided as a Spa Manager/Director. After a few years, her husband received a transfer opportunity and Keri found her new home at Youthful Medical Spa. Casey Kennedy-Waesche comes to us with a very diverse background in the large-scale event planning, fundraising and beauty industries in New York City, Seattle and Washington, DC. Most recently she joins us from her hometown, the Washington, DC area, where she helped plan, start, and run an award winning high-end luxury salon, Salon Bisoux, which she managed for almost 4 years before relocating to the Jacksonville Beach area with her family in the summer of 2016. Casey is passionate about customer service and prides herself in treating every Youthful Medical Spa client as a cherished old friend. She always strives for 5-star, white glove service and looks forward to tending to all of their beauty needs. When she’s not at Youthful Medical Spa helping our guests she can be found cheering on her teenage son in competitions or spending time on the beach with her husband searching for treasures. Sarah has been working with Youthful Medical Spa for close to 7 years now. Her experience as a practitioner and manager over the past 18 years in the hospitality and spa industries makes her a treasured asset not only with clients and treatment knowledge but with her sales and marketing experise as well. Sarah continues to be our resident graphic artist and advertsing specialist, overseeing our creative efforts with design, web, marketing and sales. You may see Sarah in the office after a procedure or schedule a one on one consultation with her to discuss all of our treatment options at which time she will happily educate any areas of interest and can help to determine the best “recipe” for your needs. Her philosophy of care is to provide patients with a relaxing, trusting environment where they can easily and freely express their goals. She works with each patient to develop a comprehensive plan unique to them in an effort to create fulfilling and long-lasting results. You will often hear her quote, safety before beauty, as she holds herself to the highest safety standards set forth by the medical profession. Nancy enjoys working closely with patients to help them achieve their best possible results and feel good about themselves. Nancy is trained in Botox, dermal fillers, IPL, laser hair removal and fractional skin resurfacing. Laura has been in the nursing profession since 1997 in multiple areas including critical care, women’s health, gerontology, nursing management, and education. Laura loves her aesthetic endeavor and is a proud member of the Youthful Medical Day Spa. She loves Pam’s nurturing approach in assisting patients to reach the maximum benefits they are so looking to achieve at such affordable prices. Youthful Medical Day Spa has a warm, welcoming approach and Laura loves the events given that take place additionally helping patients to receive optimal aesthetic services. There is such a “sisterhood feel” at the Youthful Medical Day Spa, Laura feels part of a special group of women. She loves working with patients in helping them restore their natural beauty by turning back time utilizing Botox, dermal fillers, IPL, laser removal and fractional skin resurfacing. Laura is a very happy mother of two children and two fur babies. Laura loves being next to the water, at the beach, exercising/spinning, traveling, putting together jigsaw puzzles, playing Bingo, spending time entertaining, and being with friends. Graciela has been in the medical field for over twenty years. She was the Administrator to a very successful private practice that was based right here in Jacksonville, Florida but also had headquarters in Las Vegas, Nevada. In 2010 she decided to focus on Aesthetics and soon graduated from Heritage Institute. As a student she always dreamed of returning one day to teach future aestheticians what she had learned. When the opportunity came she was chosen to lead the Aesthetics department at Heritage Institute as the Program Manager and managed four Instructors and had about 80-100 students in the program at any given time. That was fun for a while but she really missed being in the field and actually performing services. She also wanted to do more than just aesthetic services. She developed a strong desire to learn about lasers. First she had to obtain an Electrolysis license which she did at the Electrolysis Laser & Beauty Institute in Orlando, Florida. Then she immediately studied further to complete the extra laser courses necessary to certify her as both a clinical (CCE) and medical (CME) Electrologist. Among some of the machines she’s trained in are: the Palemar StarLux, the Cheveux , the Candela Gentlemax Pro, the Apex, the Tri-Lase Nd: YAG, and the Cortex CO2. She also performed the following treatments with the lasers: Laser Hair Reduction, IPL (Intense Pulsed Light), tattoo removal, Wrinkle Reduction, Facial Rejuvenation, Erbium Laser Peels and CO2 Laser Peels. Graciela loves to learn and learns fast. She always says that she truly loves her job. To her it does not feel like a job because she comes to a beautiful place and works with amazing professionals and is doing what she does best and that is helping people look and feel more beautiful. Kristen Cruz was born in Long Island, New York. In 1990 moved to Palm Coast, Florida, where she graduated from Flagler Palm Coast High School. Having a natural talent and great love for applying makeup since childhood, she recieved further education at Flagler Technical Institute becoming a liscesned Aesthetician and Makeup Artist. Continuing on to Orlando Institute specializing in Electrology and Laser hair removal becoming a Certified Clinical and Medical Electrologist. Reverting back to her love of makup artistry she then attended Permanent Makeup International and is now a highly experienced permanent makup artist. As well as her aesthetic medical experience, Kristen has been working with and applying Jane Iredale Mineral Makeup for over 8 years at events, weddings, and full makeup make overs. She is currently a certified makeup artist for Jane Iredale cosmetics. Her main objective is to help women maximize their natural beauty with the best options avaliable today. She is now a member of our Youthful Medical Spa staff offering Thermage, Facials, Peels, Permanent Makeup, Lash Extensions, Jane Iredale expertise, and full makeup applications.
