Before starting Your Home Pet Vet, Dr. Young worked locally as an associate veterinarian for 8 years. She is known for her compassionate nature and thorough medical and surgical care. Your Home Pet Vet Your Home Pet Vet is focused on providing high-quality service and customer satisfaction - we will do everything we can to meet your expectations. We are a full service veterinary practice providing health care to your dogs and cats at our clinic at 21071 NE Highway 27 or in the comfort of their own home. We offer a variety of services; vaccinations and examinations, bloodwork and laboratory testing, parasite testing (heartworm and intestinal) and prevention, health certificates, microchip application, xrays, laser therapy, hospice care and compassionate in-home euthanasia. Hospitalization and surgery is available, elective surgeries are done on Wednesday and Thursday each week. Our house call service areas include Alachua (Archer, Gainesville, Jonesville, Newberry), Levy (Bronson, Chiefland, Morriston, Williston) and Marion (Dunnellon, Fairfield, Ocala, Reddick, Sparr) counties.
