As a Board Certified Integrative Nutrition Health Coach, I create a supportive environment that enables you to articulate and achieve your goals. Throughout my education, I have been exposed to the most cutting-edge dietary theories and studied highly effective coaching techniques to help you find the right lifestyle that works best for you. My mission I will guide you to find the food and lifestyle choices that best support you. I will also help you to make gradual, lifelong changes that enable you to reach your current and future health goals. When I asked Marines for help, I was desperate and tired of constantly getting sick with migraines and stomach issues all the time. I decide it to change my life for good and change my eating habits. In the beginning, it was hard for me because I had lost my appetite, always feeling nauseous and moody.  I didn't even know how to prepare decent meals. Marines helped me find out which foods were good and bad for me. We went to health foods store and farmers markets together and she taught me how to buy the right way but also how to buy organic on a budget. Honestly, she was amazingly patient with me the whole time because I just couldn't stop asking questions. She shared some recipes with me including smoothies, green juices, snacks and desserts to show me that living a healthy life doesn't mean prohibiting yourself of eating tasty food. She even gave me a cooking class in person and a couple on video calls. I've lost 35lbs, now using size 4 for the first time ever in my life! I know what to eat and when to eat it. I've only gotten a cold once in more than a year and I no longer suffer from migraines or gastritis. I sleep better and have more energy during the day. I feel like a completely different person today. All thanks to Marines. When I met Marines, I was on two high blood pressure medications. I'm happy to say that after implementing the techniques she gave me, I was able to stop taking one of the those medications. For me that's an amazing accomplishment! What I loved most about her, is the undivided attention she gave me individually to understand what my needs were. She provides all the necessary information and support that you need as you transition to living and enjoying a healthy lifestyle. The juice cleanse was the best and I lost a total of 6 pounds that week. I wholeheartedly from a chronic disease I suffer from and to learn how to cook simple but healthy meals. When I reached out to Marines I was in pain. Honestly, I didn’t know where to start, I felt hopeless. Marines help me by providing me recipes, a cookbook, emailing me and just motivating me. Explaining what to buy and what not to buy. All the information she provided was so helpful. Changing the way I ate made a huge difference within a week.
