About Young Estates Richard Young, CEO and Founder of Young Estates Barbados, started his career working for some of London’s most highly acclaimed advertising agencies including Saatchi and Saatchi and McCann Erickson. In 2004 he went on to launch a service-led boutique real estate agency which became one of the largest and best known on the island of Barbados.
