She does it the way it is supposed to be done. We were on time for our closing and the buyers were there first. The buyers were short $2850 on the closing costs. Karen tried to get the other agent to split the 2850 so we could all close and the Coldwell Banker agent said she would not. Karen took out of her commission the whole amount which was not even hers to do and we all closed. Not only did she win us over but the buyers cried at the table and hugged her while the other agent looked like the greedy person that he was. I felt sorry for Karen and this was a small deal and did not pay a lot but Karen gracefully smiled and was happy for everyone there. I am quite sure that the buyers will call Karen someday when they are ready to sell. Karen said she was about the relationship and not the deal and this proved it to me. I wish I were not moving away-would like to be friends on a personal level. Use Karen and don't look back. You will never believe how great she is until you see for yourself. She will save your deal.
