YOU ARE MORE is designed to help students and families regain sight of those things in life that are most likely to produce health, balance and stability in our fast-paced lives. Often the things we want most, for ourselves and our children, are the hardest to achieve simply because our focus is on outward appearance and performance. What we most desire for ourselves and our children is to understand how to live well and to live life to the fullest. This program helps you discover your own path to more happiness and meaning drawing on ancient wisdom and up to the minute research. You Are More provides practical exercises and parenting techniques that can be used anywhere, at any time.  Students will learn to identify the things that truly inspire them and to incorporate those things into  daily life- things that they are You are More emphasizes the discovery of each student's purpose and how to be connected with others in a global community.  Students and families learn to be more “mindful” – to manage their thoughts and feelings in healthy ways. We will explore how our current "programs" for happiness and success fail to deliver. Students and adults will explore questions of meaning related to body, mind and spirit. We believe that the aversion to using spiritual language in our educational settings is to the detriment of our students. Recent science supports that non-physical capacities of each individual play an integral role in our overall health.
