Decades later, Angela York would found one of Colorado's premier chocolatiers in The York Confections Co. Her creations are elegant interpretations of classic chocolate confections, brought up to date with a contemporary flair. The York Confections Company was founded by expert Chocolatier Angela Young. Angela received a formal education in the culinary arts from Johnson & Wales, before earning her stripes as a professional pastry chef at The Four Seasons, Michigan. Before that, though, Angel had been making chocolate since she was six years old. A lifetime of experience and expertise goes into every ganache that comes out of the York Confections kitchen. Our contemporary chocolates are unique innovations upon traditional chocolate designs, making for an experience that is at once novel and familiar.
