Fluent in Creole, she is known for fostering harmony even during busy times. One notable member of the staff is Jack, a therapy cat who offers comfort and companionship to clients visiting the office. Known as an effective alarm system for newcomers at the hospital, he complements the team's mission by providing therapeutic presence.
