Yada has grown exponentially from its beginnings ten years ago. During this time, Pegi, Debbie, and Cindy have organized, co-led, and been the primary speakers of two Yada retreats and provided Yada workshops for numerous churches. As a result, Yada has grown to over 75 individual groups covering three generations in several states, has recently expanded internationally, and continues to grow. Our hope is to provide an intimate fellowship of belonging for every indiviual who is struggling alone to find significance, security, and support. Standing together, we become better equipped to persevere as men and women and servants of God who walk by faith, stand firm in spiritual battles, kneel in prayer, and listen to God's voice in unity of the Spirit one day at a time. Cindy Chamberland—our resident thinker, ponderer, and forever student—has a master\'s in Counseling and is currently pursuing a doctorate degree in Counseling; she also has a private practice as a Mental Health and Marriage and Family Counselor in Lynchburg, Virginia. Cindy has a passion to connect with people and help them find hope and a new perspective on life. On the weekends, she loves to ride motorcycles with her husband of thirty years and see all the incredible nature God has provided. She has two grown children and three grandchildren. Because the Living God has radically transformed her life, Pegi Richardson desires to see other women\'s lives changed and she\'s committed to giving them the tools to do it. She earned her bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Graphic Design from Florida Atlantic University. For the past 14 years, she has been a committed Bible student. As a member of Boca Raton Community Church\'s International Team, Pegi has traveled to India, Bangladesh, and Nepal, where she has taught the YadaFactor workshops and WorldLead Leadership Training. For the past three years, she has served as Host Home coordinator for WorldLead Training of Awana and Operation Mobilization missionaries. Pegi and her husband, Joel, have been married 32 years and have two grown sons. Pegi brings 15 years experience as an Al-Anon member to serving as one of the founding Yada Sisters. Debbie Csutoros discovered late in life that she is an artist, and it\'s in the writing and creating that she feels most alive. After graduating from the University of Wisconsin with a bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration, she worked for 13 years in real estate. For nine years, she served as a small group leader and children\'s leader in Bible Study Fellowship. At Spanish River Church, where she attends, she currently serves as a small group Yada Coach and has implemented the Yada model church wide. Debbie also manages Desiring Hearts, her small business that uses Christian art—especially the words of Scripture—as a way to penetrate hearts and change lives. Debbie is married and the mother of two teenage daughters.  We believe that God in His love has provided the only way for people to be forgiven of their sins and receive the gift of eternal life with God. This way is through Jesus Christ, God the Son, who became a man, went to the cross, and there allowed the Father to place our sins on Jesus and punish Him in our place. Jesus took the wrath of God we deserve and He died. After paying for all of our sins, He came back from the dead, overcoming both sin and death. He ascended into heaven and sits at the right hand of the Father. Jesus is now our High Priest and advocate. It is only through the finished work of Jesus Christ that God is able to forgive sinners and accept them into His family.  We believe the Bible to be the inspired Word of God, wholly without error. It is the ultimate authority by which we live. We believe that God has revealed Himself and His will to us in His written Word, which is comprised of the Old and New Testaments. We are to study the Bible personally, through the power of the indwelling Holy Spirit to grow more and more in our knowledge of Him.
