Xpanxion was born in 1997 and our journey has been epic. For the past 20 years, we have come to the office every day to solve the biggest digital problems that stand between you and your customers. Often our clients have stumbled upon something that prevents them from delivering what their customers need, or are unsure what that might be, and we take the journey with them to provide those awesome customer experiences that will, in turn, generate business growth, in the rapidly changing digital world. Of course, 20 years is a long time and digital problems in 1997 are very different to digital problems today. This is why we are best placed to help: we have learned, evolved and future-proofed our business, while bringing business success to countless clients, across all sectors, to offer you our expertise and help you do the same. Our Mission Xpanxion recognizes that differences in time zones, contrasting cultures, and language and communication barriers can limit business efficiency and significantly increase costs. While budgets for offshore talent might seem compelling, miscommunication can result in missed deadlines, downtime, poorly-executed work and, overall, bad business. In contrast, local hires may seem like the more compelling option but, often, this solution fails to tackle the issue head on. One of the biggest challenges for us and our customers is finding qualified technical employees to work at a customers’ US office or at one of our US rural centers. By working closely with our parent company, Xpanxion has created a journey based on making America truly local. In the company’s two decades of experience in providing custom software services to customers, the focus has always been on rural sourcing. Taking the unique qualities and strong talent pools from each of its five rural locations in Nebraska, Iowa, Kansas and Colorado, Xpanxion creates winning results for its clients across its four service lines – Concept Design & Prototyping, Product & Software Engineering, Assurance Services and Digital Solutions – in local time. Xpanxion founder, and Nebraska native, Paul Eurek, saw the opportunity to take the Midwest’s high standards of living, great educational centers, well-connected communities, strong work ethic and low cost, and build these pillars into his own business working practices. The result: Clients support their local community while delivering on their business objectives, ultimately combining scalability from Xpanxion’s offshore team with local support from its rural centers to deliver value-driven results that run on their time. Acquired by Leading IT Services Provider – UST Global – in 2014 In 2014, Xpanxion became a strategic subsidiary of – a move that has seen both organizations work together for the common goal of satisfying their unified customer base. Core strengths from both have diversified the client portfolio, offering enhanced services, while putting the customer at the heart of the business remains the top priority for both organizations. Revving his way to over 25 years of industry experience, Ram brings an innovative approach to his role as President at Xpanxion. In his near 17-year tenure, he has been responsible for heading up a team to create market-leading business solutions that adopt and stay ahead of the latest technologies, while building a company based on strong values and a culture of innovation excellence. Prior to his time at Xpanxion, Ram headed up IT at Bharat Forge, setting up a successful Dot Com company while he was there. Outside of Xpanxion, the Harley Davidson riding, photography enthusiast has shown a keen interest in academic work. Holding a Master's degree in Mathematics, he has served as a lecturer in the Department of Mathematics at the National Defense Academy, as well as a visiting faculty member at the Department of Mathematics at his alma mater, Pune University. For over 25 years, David has taken a front-and-rear-drive approach to his passion for architecture, delivery and product and process management. In his role at Xpanxion, which he has held since the company’s beginnings, David is responsible for architecture, development, tools and technologies across the entire organization. Holding two degrees in Business Management from Chaminade University of Honolulu and Covenant College, Chattanooga, the family man brings a wealth of experience in software product management, software development process methodology and technology marketing. With a career spanning 30 years, Kelly brings his A-game to the 220-strong rural delivery organization at Xpanxion. His role as mentor, guide and director for the group has seen him develop and deliver a strategy that has involved initiating and developing the company’s highly successful X-Hire factory-training program; revive, redesign and lead a $5.4 million rural development center building project; and restructure Education and Training to boost relevance and efficacy. If this wasn’t enough, Kelly also provides executive leadership to the Marketing team. Leslie’s career has been no snapshot, as she has racked up nearly 20 years working in finance. Starting out as an accountant, she worked her way up to Controller ahead of taking a break to raise her family. Leslie restarted her career with Xpanxion in 2009 as she made a rapid rise to her current role as Senior Vice President, Finance. With a degree in Accounting from Kennesaw State University, Leslie’s current responsibilities include running Xpanxion’s accounting, finance, HR, administrative and contract functions, which have led to her receiving the internal President’s award, twice over. For over 22 years, Sudhir has been the batsman for developing innovative software products, project management and service delivery in the software industry. As a member of Xpanxion’s senior management team, the result of the fastest career progression in the company’s history, he is responsible for the design and implementation of business strategies, plans and procedures, which has seen him hit landmarks such as a 95 percent customer approval rating, a 90 percent employee satisfaction score and zero customer complaints since 2014. This was achieved through the coaching and cultivation of a strong management team that has placed customer and employee retention front and center of the business to create a winning culture.
