Their vision and values are the foundation of the company and are woven throughout the fabric of Xator's culture. David began his career as a civil servant for the U.S. Air Force. He has served in executive leadership roles, including operational and business development, for several rapidly growing service-based companies including InDyne, Serco, Veridian, and Jacobs Engineering (formerly Sverdrup). As Senior Vice President at InDyne, he led the growth of the company from $80M to almost $300M in annual revenues over a three-year period, including the capture of a $750M contract providing technical services to the United States Air Force. He has been fortunate to develop business relationships with a broad range of government agencies, including the Department of Defense, Department of State, NASA, and the intelligence community. His experience includes not only the growth of existing companies, but the formation of new companies and lines of business. While at Sverdrup, Mr. Scott led the formation of Sverdrup Technology Australia, the leading provider of engineering and analytical services to the Royal Australian Defence Forces. Jerry has supported the federal government for over 30 years in both contractor and active duty military roles. Jerry began his career as an officer in the U.S. Air Force. Prior to co-founding Xator, he served as Vice President of Business Development for Serco Group North America; Director of Business Development for General Dynamics Advanced Information Systems; and held a variety of technical, management and business development assignments for Veridian. He also consulted for a variety of large government services contractors. Jerry has a strong business development background and proven track record of winning large service contracts with the Department of Defense, Department of State, NASA, and other government agencies. Over the last 10 years, Jerry has led or played a significant role in over $2 billion in contract wins. Matt has more than 35 years of experience supporting the federal government in both contractor and DOD civilian roles. Matt began his career as an auditor with the Defense Contract Audit Agency. Prior to joining Xator, he served as Chief Financial Officer for KIRA, Inc.; President of Manassas Business Services; Chief Financial Officer for Apptis, Inc.; and Vice President and Assistant Chief Financial Officer for ManTech International Corporation. He has led or played a significant role in over 13 acquisitions which provided over $650 million in annual revenues. Mark has worked extensively with companies and business areas providing contract services to the U.S. Government. He has served as a member of the Olive Group North American SSA Board of Directors, and CEO of National Security Equity Partners. Prior to that, he was the President of GLOBAL Integrated Security (USA) (“GLOBAL USA”), a director of government alliances for Adobe Systems, and a business development executive of the National Security Division of USIS, EAI Corp, General Dynamics, and Veridian. As President, he grew GLOBAL USA’s backlog to $924 million and increased revenues from $16 million to over $180 million in three years, providing protective security, intelligence, and other contract services to clients including the U.S. Department of State, the Department of Defense, and U.S. Agency for International Development.
