Ryan brings more than a decade of experience working with remote development teams, building websites and products for major media, entertainment and hospitality companies (from TV networks to massive casinos). Today he leads X-Team's strategic roadmap and vision, while traveling the world to find incredibly talented and inspiring developers. Jake brings nearly a decade of business and technology experience, ranging from large organization scaling, business development, team building and product management to working closely with startups to help them better understand and overcome their unique challenges. In his current role as CGO (Chief Growth Officer), he focuses on creating leverage for X-Team partners by pairing them with the necessary resources to successfully navigate through them. Mike began his career as a product manager for numerous web companies and grew to love the idea that small optimizations to an app's UX or features could yield large benefits to the users and the business. Currently, he focuses on maximizing X-Team's growth and the experience of our developers by overseeing applications development for X-Team's IP. Sam is a veteran of the finance industry, bringing with him to X-Team more than 19 years of experience. He's worked with multiple tech companies, from startups to thriving international development companies. He's someone who never waits for the future to be delivered, and constantly looks for ways to help push X-Team forward. Luke brings a diverse background in business interlaced with technical entrepreneurship having helped craft development teams with companies spread across several industries. As Head of Partnerships, he leads the initiatives that foster and strengthen the long term relationships between X-Team and its partners, and taps into his understanding of team dynamics and culture to provide the insights for new partners on how to craft together a well balanced team set up for success. Alberto started his career as a Software Engineer working for multiple startups, and several times following his entrepreneurial spirit he got into the trenches with his own ventures. He's driven by X-Team's "always be learning" attitude. Today he's responsible for taking X-Team culture to the world and driving sustainable growth for the company.
