Worldview Thinking was formed in 2010 in response to a wave of demand for services generated from our founder’s 2008 book “Igniting Inspiration: A Persuasion Manual for Visionaries." With the launch our first psychometric data tool in early 2010 our reputation spread to leading edge Fortune 100 marketers, and the global change leadership community. By early 2012, growth slowed and we realized that a foundational business problem loomed: As hard as we'd worked to make things simple, our framework was still too complex to penetrate the mainstream marketplace. We needed a simple map to bring the science of worldviews down to earth and make these big ideas actionable for people outside the narrow confines of our niche.  On July 25, 2012 we found our map!  Working through psychometric data, we discovered the Voice Code, a simple “E=MC2” type equation that ended a two decades research quest that began back in 1993 at the University of Florida. This equation reveals simple natural laws that underlie and orchestrate all human experience--from the womb to the highest levels of human consciousness. In so doing, it provides one clear unifying data-driven framework—a rigorous “Theory of Everything” for the behavioral sciences---that unifies all major models of leadership, motivation, and behavior change. After four years of follow up research and field-testing, we can say with certainty that this new map works. Using hard natural sciences lens, Worldview Thinking now offers a bold new paradigm that brings clarity and precision the invisible habits or ‘structures’ of thinking that govern external success in all people and cultures.
