From infants to adults, we all want the same for our children – happy, healthy lives. At Worldwide Pediatrics and Primary Care Group, we help parents and caregivers achieve that goal with a caring, patients-first approach to diligent medical care. Worldwide Pediatrics is happy to provide our services to patients from birth to age eighteen. However, payment is expected at the time services are rendered. We accept most major insurance plans (co-payments due at time of service), and we also accept major credit cards, cash and checks. We make every effort to file claims with insurers on behalf of our patients, but this in no way guarantees that the insurer will pay the claim. Final responsibility for all fees lies solely with the patient. Please note, physicals for camp, school or sports that are not performed during regular wellness visits are subject to additional fees that may or may not be covered by your insurance carrier. Although we will gladly file a claim on your behalf, this does not negate responsibility for payment if your insurer denies the claim. Additionally, as a courtesy to all patients, our practice maintains a strict no-show and cancellation policy. We kindly request that if you are unable to keep an appointment that you please give us 24-hour notice. Appointments that are broken without this notice are subject to a no-show fee. Patients that accrue three no-shows will be discharged from the practice.
