Jamie Cash serves as World Travel Holdings’ Senior Vice President of Technology and is responsible for all of the company's technology functions, including software development and technical services support. Under Cash's leadership, World Travel Holdings will continue to maintain and provide the most cost-effective and innovative technology solutions in the travel industry. Cash joined World Travel Holdings/NLG in 2001 as Director of Technical Architecture. Prior to joining WTH/NLG, he held technology leadership roles at several start-up ventures and consulted in the financial services industry for Andersen Consulting (now Accenture). Cash is a graduate of Amherst College.
David Crooks serves as Senior Vice President of Product & Operations. Crooks is responsible for overseeing the growth and profitability of all cruise and land sales through its various distribution channels as well as for overseeing all supplier relationships. He has been with World Travel Holdings/NLG since NLG's inception in 1986 and has held a variety of positions including Director of Sales and Training. Crooks began his career in the travel industry as a tour director for Paragon Tours and Travel and then served as its Director of Tour Escorts. He also worked for the St. Moritz-on-the-Park, New York, NY, and for Cunard Line as a member of the onboard cruise staff.
Debbie Fiorino serves as Senior Vice President of CruiseOne/Cruises Inc. and Human Resources. As SVP of the CruiseOne and Cruises Inc. brands, she is responsible for continuing to grow the company’s
and independent contractor agency base while providing exceptional support for these agents. In her role as SVP of HR, Debbie oversees Corporate Communications, Public Relations, all Human Resource functions and Talent Development. With more than 25 years of experience in business and leadership, Debbie offers expansive knowledge in driving strategy and plans for growth and success. Since joining the company in 2002, she has served as Benefits Manager, Director of Total Rewards & Corporate HR, and Vice President of Human Resources. Prior to joining World Travel Holdings, she served at companies including KaBloom, Bertucci’s Corporation (NE Restaurant Company) and Medical Diagnostics, Inc. Debbie holds a BS from the University of Massachusetts/Boston.
Don Graff serves as Chief Financial Officer. He is responsible for all finance functions including reporting, budgeting, expense control, and accounts payable & receivable. Graff has worked in finance for more than 20 years. Since joining World Travel Holdings/NLG in 2003, he has served as Controller and Director of Finance. Prior to joining the company, he was Director of Finance for Genuity and Director of Business Analysis for GTE Corporation. Graff holds an MS in Accounting from Southern New Hampshire University and is a graduate of the University of Nebraska.

He has P&L responsibility for all eight House Brands which include CruisesOnly, Cruises.com, CheapCruises.com, Vacation Outlet, Cruise411, LuxuryOnly, River Voyages, and Rooms.com. He also oversees Cruiseline.com, a cruise review website and social community for cruisers. Jeff celebrated 20 years of employment at World Travel Holdings in May of 2012, which included service at Travel Services International, MyTravel, and National Leisure Group. He is a graduate of Colgate University.

Smith also is responsible for Luxury Travel Holdings, the company’s villa division, including full P&L accountability and all of the teams within that group. Smith joined World Travel Holdings/NLG in 1993 as a Vacation Consultant. Throughout his tenure at World Travel Holdings/NLG, he has held various positions in Sales and Sales Center Management. He is a graduate of Nasson College.
As Vice President of Supplier Relations and Product Operations, Jennifer Gasser is the liaison between the cruise suppliers and all divisions of the World Travel Holdings organization. Her responsibilities include promotional activities, website content and merchandising of the cruise lines. She has been with World Travel Holdings since 2005. Prior to that, Jennifer was Vice President of Product at Saga Holidays and has also worked for Disney Theatricals as Guest Relations Manager for the New Amsterdam Theater. Jennifer holds a BA from Mount Holyoke College and a Masters in Theater from Northwestern University.
Andy Kaye serves as World Travel Holdings’ Vice President, Strategic Planning. Andy is responsible for corporate strategic planning, both overseeing and supporting key strategic growth initiatives. He joined World Travel Holdings/NLG in 1996 on a three-week temporary assignment in finance which has grown into a
career. Andy began his career working with American Express Financial focused on opening new diverse markets for their services. He has also served as Business Director at The MENTOR Network with a focus on organizational design. Andy is a graduate
As Vice President of Human Resources, Loren Kennedy oversees Total Rewards, which includes the negotiation of the company’s benefit programs and compensation plan design, and Talent Acquisition comprising of the onboarding of more than 300 travel agents every year. Loren also leads the company's Corporate Communications/Public Relations and Talent Development teams which are designed to create a more engaged workforce and to produce better leaders. She works collaboratively with leadership teams across the company to achieve strategic plans that are aligned with company goals. Since joining the company in 2004, Loren has held various positions including Total Rewards Manager, and Director of HR and Vice President Total Rewards. Loren attended the University of Massachusetts Amherst and also holds a Professional Human Resources Certification.
