Prior to that he held several senior level positions throughout Diageo Latin America including VP of Marketing, On Trade & Duty Free Sales for Diageo Brazil and Director of Strategy and Business Development for Diageo Caribbean & South America. Andy also was the VP/GM of Allied Domecq Caribbean and Duty Free for the Americas. With a degree in International Business Administration and Marketing International in UADE, Argentina, She is Bilingual Spanish and English.
