Throughout his career, he has worked with many private equity firms and operating companies, including Mnet, the leading English language television network for Asian Americans and fans of Asian pop culture. Under Mark’s leadership, Mnet grew its distribution base from three million subscribers to nearly 20 million. Prior to his tenure at Mnet, Mark was the vice president of strategic planning and business development for Time Warner Cable, where he worked on a variety of transactions, including the acquisition of Turner Broadcasting and the sales of Court TV and E! Entertainment. He also held positions at Wall Street investment firm Salomon Brothers – in the M&A Group – and Alpine Capital where, he worked for legendary Wall Street investment banker, Oded Aboodi. Mark received a B.S. degree from Lehigh University.
