Wolf Global has an immediate opening for an experienced bookkeeper, billing specialist or accounting specialist in its Downtown Miami office. The bookkeeper, billing specialist or accounting specialist will be responsible for bank reconciliations, credit card reconciliations, client billing, accounts payable and accounts receivable. Candidates applying for this position must have experience with billing and accounting software, such as Elite 3E, ProLaw, PCLaw or Abacus. Candidates must also have exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Preference will be given to candidates with law firm, management consulting firm, accounting firm, or investigative consulting firm experience. The bookkeeper, billing specialist or accounting assistant will also assist with office management and will support activities of the CEO. Setting up new client matters in the firm’s billing and accounting system. Generating prebills and invoices according to a firmwide schedule. Bookkeeping and accounting functions, such as accounts payable, accounts receivable, and posting transactions in the firm’s billing system. Assisting with the preparation of client proposals that conform to the firm’s standards. Either a 4-year college degree or equivalent work experience as a bookkeeper, billing specialist or accounting specialist in a law firm, management consulting firm, accounting firm or investigative consulting firm.
