Wishes Family Travel is a home-based agency. Opened in 2006 specifically as a Disney Destination agency, has since expanded to other luxury family travel products. Wishes only sells travel to families and romance seeking couples, the products that meet their high standards. Value, safety, fun, relaxation are the key factors that Wishes looks at when selecting vacation products. Wishes sells products that they have experienced themselves! There is never any guesswork because Wishes KNOWS! All Wishes agents are people of faith, with specific skills, trained and enthusiastic, ready to help you plan your vacation. Even if your family is not of the Christian faith, you can feel confident that Wishes agents will always be honest and hard-working on your behalf. As a personal concierge agency, we will need to speak with you to discover your travel dreams! For us to be able to plan your vacation, we need for you to provide us with personal information like: Who will be traveling with you; what are their ages; what do they like to do; what was your last vacation like; and what are the most important aspects of your vacation? Many guests want to know how we can provide this level of service for free. We are paid a commission by the travel supplier that DOES NOT increase your cost. Other agencies add a service fee to the commission amount. We do not do that because we feel strongly that the commission in itself is our fair payment. We are NOT an internet-based agency. We pride ourselves in our ability to take your vacation dream and make it reality through personal communication. You will never feel like you are one of thousands of Wishes guests. You will always feel that your vacation is very important to us because it is. Your hopes, dreams and experiences come before all other considerations; even over profit. Many people make the mistake of thinking that their love of Disney will mean that they can become a concierge travel consultant. Competition is steep, and we truly wish and hope that you have exactly what we are looking for in our Agents in Training! Please ask lots of questions and be honest during this process. Finding the right fit between Agency and Agent is vital to ensure a mutually beneficial relationship. Delve deep into the level of customer care services we provide, processes in place, back office, requirements, expectations and recommendations. Please do not apply if you do not have LOTS of Disney travel experience. We host periodic online webinars for potential recruits to hear from the Executive Team and other Agents. The only contact you will receive is occasional emails with date / time options. You will be able to unsubscribe at any time. . It is expected that all agents will sell a minimum of $50,000 a year beginning their 2nd year. This Agency follows the professional guidelines set forth by IATA. It is our goal that each Agent earn their personal IATA card. Commission rates run between . Agents must continue to meet minimum sales goals to be eligible for commission percentage increases on total sales. The agency owner reserves the right to increase or decrease (not lower than 50%) sales commission percentages based upon the level of service provided to the agent by the home office and consistency of meeting sales goals, and the marketing activity the agent has performed. Commission are paid via check after the guest has traveled. *Note that this is not a comprehensive list of reference sites and is provided solely for your convenience. These sites are owned and operated by third parties who may alter the URL at any time without notice. PAYMENTS: WFT accepts Visa, American Express, Discover, and Mastercard. WFT holds reservations until “Deposit Due Date” indicated on your confirmation. If deposit/payment is not received by WFT on or before the Deposit Due Date, reservations are automatically cancelled. Failure to remit payments on a timely basis will automatically put your booking at risk of cancellation. Please contact us immediately, and in advance of your payment due date, if you will be unable to meet this obligation. Without limitation, Passenger(s) voluntarily holds WFT harmless for cancellation of any booking for either late payment or declination of a credit card. PRICING: Prices and availability quoted by WFT are not guaranteed until deposit is fully paid. Pricing and availability may change without notice. Passenger agrees that WFT is not responsible for any errors or omissions in any quotes, advertisements, including on our website, resulting in inventory, content, or pricing discrepancies nor is WFT responsible for any errors or omissions that may occur as a result of incorrect information from third parties. Suppliers reserve the right not to honor any published prices that it determines were erroneous due to electronic, printing, or clerical error. You acknowledge this right and agree to hold WFT harmless for any actions or damages arising from Supplier pricing. All tickets will be issued for economy class unless otherwise specified. All travel will be round-trip unless otherwise specified. Seat assignments are subject to the airlines policies and may not be able to be made until you are at the airport on the day of departure. Airline tickets booked through WFT may not be eligible to earn frequent flyer miles. You agree to confirm all bookings with the airline prior to the stated date of departure (WFT recommends confirming 72 hours prior). WFT’s responsibilities in respect to air travel are limited by the relevant airline’s conditions of carriage. The airline fulfilling your contract for carriage may change from the airline mentioned by WFT. WFT is not able to specify the type of aircraft to be used by any airline. If an airline cancels or delays a flight, you must work directly with the airline to ensure you arrive at your destination on or ahead of time. WFT will not provide any refund for Trips missed, in part or full.
