At the heart of our ministries is WinShape Retreat, which embodies the spirit and transformation of WinShape Foundation. It is here that we guide individuals, families and organizations to a renewed hope and purpose through our ministries. The WinShape Foundation began with the Since 1946, Chick-fil-A has pioneered with delicious food and top-notch service. Founder Truett Cathy started the business when he opened his original diner, The Dwarf Grill, in the Atlanta suburb of Hapeville. The diner would later be renamed as The Dwarf House®. Chick-fil-A has since continued to root itself in values of faith, family and service to the community. The WinShape Foundation is Born Founded in 1984, the WinShape Foundation was born out of Truett’s desire to shape winners by helping young people succeed in life through scholarships and support programs.
