Artie Levy has been in the window treatment industry for forty years. He established Windows to Walls in 1987 with his wife Fran. Before moving to South Florida, Artie worked in Brooklyn, N.Y servicing the entire tristate area with window coverings for 18 years. Artie is an expert in all types of window treatments, and will honestly tell you if a product is “right” for your window. He has an extensive knowledge of the products he sells and a long relationship with industry manufacturers and fabricators. Artie also believes that the best advertisement is a happy customer. Fran Levy grew up in the window treatment business. Her grandfather manufactured window shades and venetian blinds, and her parents had a retail store in Brooklyn N.Y. that specialized in drapery, fabrics, and window shades. Fran loves the drapery side of the business, helping clients make the most of their windows and designing accessories to compliment and tie the room together She is very conscience of proportion, color, quality and price. Fran along with co designer Melissa take every customers individual needs into account. They have assembled a wonderful selection of fabric, trims, hardware, wallpaper, and designs for all decorating styles.
