About Windham Development Established in 1967, the Windham group of companies is a multinational organization headquartered in Bloomfield Hills, Michigan with offices in Florida, and international operations in China, PRC that focuses on real estate development, brokerage, and consulting services. In its almost half-century in business, Windham and its partners have developed in excess of $2.3 billion U.S. mercial, and mixed-use real estate. Among those, Stonewater and Gardenview Estates received the 2002 and 2009 Development of the Year awards from the Building Industry Association of Michigan. Windham also provides consulting services to commercial banks and governmental agencies to assist them with their troubled assets.
