Mike came out the same day we called him and worked into the evening to diagnose the problem. He explained everything very clearly and even showed us the images on the camera to help us understand what was going on. He then came back at 8am the next morning and performed the necessary repair (which involved digging hole in the yard) leaving no “footprints” of any of the work performed.
