Beth (Wilson) Eliot started Wilson Results LLC, a Property Management Consulting Company in 2009. However, her start was in residential property management in an on-site management role almost 25 years ago. Within 5 years from her start in the business she was hired as a portfolio manager for a national property management and development company based out of Minneapolis, MN. From that time forward she continued to move up the ranks in various capacities until her promotion to Chief Operating Officer in 2004. Beth succeeded in that role for five years and in 2009, after 17 years with the same company; she moved to Florida for love, marriage and sunshine. Beth provided the direct oversight of all Portfolio Managers, Training Coordinator, Compliance Director, Director of Human Resources, Software Support, Operations Administrative Assistant and 275 employees through direct support. Other responsibilities included: Establish goals for each direct report based on company priorities and monitor and evaluate results Responsible for business development related to fee management contracts In addition to her other roles at the company, Beth was the lead for activities related to all management takeovers which included 3 party fee management, company owned new acquisitions and new construction properties from ground up oversight through the lease up. Taking on a new management contract is an exciting challenge that can seem daunting. A successful transition is dependent on advance planning, solid documentation, maintaining checklists, creating deadlines, delegating, and tracking progress. I will work with your team to develop the Transition Plan and can also provide project management services for the oversight to ensure a smooth transition.
