Kimone Salzano has loved cooking since she was five years old. The chef, who moved here from Jamaica in 2000. Now brings that passion to her restaurant , catering and private chef service, Wildmangoes. Kimone specializes in seafood dishes and Caribbean-Infused dishes such as Jerk Pasta.She caters parties for up to 500 people, as well as in-home personal catering events.
Kimone believes in making a difference through food.She regularly runs a soup kitchen called 'Genesis Kitchen' where she frequently deliver food she prepares for those in need.Kimone is currently pursuing her own fine-dining soup kitchen.
